At the moment Scotland is in the grip of a heat-wave, by that I mean the temperature is what most of the rest of the world would think of as just nice but here we are melting. The office I work in rarely has a comfortable temperature, it is too hot or cold and at the moment it is too hot. Today we hired an air cooler and it has changed the problem. The problem is now the noise from the air cooler, the delightful fish like smell and the heat is still there.
In other news my official time for the Clydebank 10k last week was 1h 03m 40s and I was placed 841 out of 861. I am running the Dumbarton 10k this evening, hope it cools down a little
